I have produced a wide range of IA deliverables through out my career such as personas, user flow diagrams, use cases, journey maps, experience maps, sitemaps, wireframes, and clickable prototypes. I have a wide variety of samples to share.  Please tell what type of sample you would like me to share.

This sample journey map was done for Optum in 2017  This journey map was done to show how an application might be able to assist someone with their medications and preventing potential bad .

SITEMAPS

 

Sitemaps are a critical tool when determining the organization of the content on a particular site. Sitemaps can run the gambit from flat and simple to highly complex and interactive.

PERSONAS

 

Personas:​ Whether expressed or implied, personas represent the user for a particular site. Creating the personas are always an interesting deliverable for the project. These personas were created for American Student Assistance and served as both personas and high level use cases.

USABILTY & HEURISTIC REPORTS

 

This sample hueristic report was done for New Balance in 2011 while I was working for Arnold Worldwide. This report was to recommend changes to address the usability concerns with the site that was in production.

USER FLOWS

 

Use Cases / User Flows ​ The user flows diagram how a site will function to achieve a specified goal. These use cases or flows require solid process orientation. Click to view sample.
